ARGIE SPANISH WORKSHOP

Learn to speak like a local: beyond grammar, into culture.

Spanish in Argentina is a world of its own. We don’t just speak; we perform the language with rhythm and humor.

This Rioplatense Spanish Workshop is your key to understanding (and using) the real Argentine Spanish: the slang, the gestures, the “che,” and the culture behind every phrase.

A comprehensive, experience-based Spanish workshop in Buenos Aires designed for travelers, expats, and culture lovers who want to connect with Argentina on a deeper level.

We’ll explore local expressions, pronunciation, and fluency, while also diving into everyday culture and communication.

🧉 How it works

This workshop unfolds in two connected experiences

1. Day 1:

Online Session (1 hour)

Meet your instructor, get to know the essentials of Rioplatense Spanish, and discover the logic (and the beauty) behind local expressions.

2. Day 2:

Meetup (2 hours)

Practise what you’ve learned in a real Buenos Aires setting. Order your coffee (or beer, or vinito - why not?) like a local, chat about life, and feel the rhythm of everyday speech.

✨ You’ll learn

  • Rioplatense pronunciation and intonation (the “shhh” and “vos” magic)

  • Common verb tenses and real-life usage

  • Everyday slang, idioms, and gestures

  • Conversation strategies to sound more natural

  • Cultural insights that help you feel the language, not just study it

🌎 Who it’s for

  • Expats living in Argentina

  • Travelers visiting Buenos Aires

  • Remote professionals working with Argentines

  • Spanish learners tired of textbook Spanish

  • Anyone curious about how culture shapes language

🪶 Why Las Argies

Because we’re a community.

Las Argies is a bilingual social club connecting locals and travelers through culture. Our workshops aren’t lessons; they’re experiences. You’ll leave with new words and probably a few new friends.
