Every month we pick a text by an Argentine woman writer, in Spanish and with a great English translation, and meet at a cafe in Buenos Aires to talk about it. If you want to get back into reading but never find the time, this is for you.

“Árboles de Buenos Aires” es un libro que reúne poesía de Silvina Ocampo y fotografía de Aldo Sessa. It blends poetry, botanical observation and art photography, capturing both the natural beauty of the trees and their cultural and symbolic weight in the Buenos Aires cityscape. We'll use it as our field guide during a short guided walk through the park, reading the trees before we sit to chat about our second book.
